The Philosophy

We send only as many
as the makers can craft
by hand.

Every maker in the Bramble network works alone or in small families. We visit each one before they join. We never ask them to scale. When a maker sells out, that season closes — and the next chapter begins.

What arrives with the parcel

It arrived wrapped in muslin tied with actual twine. I sat with it unopened for ten minutes just to hold the weight of it. I've never done that with a package before.

The honey alone was worth every penny. The label said which hedgerow it came from. I looked it up on a map. I don't know why that made me cry but it did.

I sent one to my mother for her birthday. She called me to say it was the first gift in years that felt like it had been chosen rather than bought.
